DogFender is covered by a 12-month manufacturers defect warranty.
All packaging must be kept for the duration of the warranty and please retain your purchase invoice.
Activate the warranty by registering your DogFender collar on the Support page.

Disclaimer, warnings and use limitations. Our collars must never be fitted on or intentionally used to shock humans. They are only suitable for wearing by dogs and each collar will only fit the size of dog indicated on the product packaging. Further information about sizing is available on our website. You must only use our products in accordance with the instructions and information provided with them. Do not use a product if it becomes damaged. Our products are designed to help defend your dog from physical aggression from other animals. We do not guarantee that they will protect your dog from attack. Never alter, modify or repair this device, or ask any individual or business to do so, without our prior authorisation. If you require a repair or replacement, please contact our Customer Care Team who will be able to assist you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is caused by your misuse of the products (including without limitation any use that is not in accordance with the product instructions and information), or for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any product will not exceed the price that you paid for it. Nothing in this paragraph limits our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. For example, we do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. The limitations of our liability in this paragraph do not affect your statutory rights.
