Returns, Refund & Exchange Policy
For a full refund within 15 days of purchase, ensure that:
1. Proof of purchase is provided.
2. The packaging is in pristine condition.
3. Utilize the original shipping carton for the return.
If the DogFender is faulty, you qualify for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase by meeting the following criteria:
1. Proof of purchase is provided.
2. The DogFender collar must be undamaged or unmarked.
3. The unit is complete with all accessories.
4. Utilize the original shipping carton for the return.
Return Procedure:
Customers intending to return a DogFender collar must comply with the specified return policy. To initiate the return process, follow the outlined steps below:
Return Instructions:
1. Download the correct returns form according to your location from the links below.
UK, EU + Rest of the world (excluding US & Australia) – Returns form
US – Returns form
Australia – Returns form
2. Complete page 1 the returns form with the necessary information.
3. Place the DogFender box inside its original shipping carton.
4. Include page 1 of the returns form and all requested items inside the carton.
5. Affix page 2 of the returns form to the outside of the returns carton.
6. Take the package to the nearest post office for dispatch to the DogFender test labs for assessment, alternatively arrange a courier of your choice.
Upon receipt, customers will receive confirmation and updates regarding the return process.
